Shipping Rates
We offer complimentary shipping for our primary collections and specialized categories:
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £75.
- Books: Books ship for free.
- Flat Rate: A standard shipping fee of £6 applies to all other orders under £75.
Production & Delivery Timelines
To ensure the highest quality, certain items in our collection are made to order.
- Lead Times: For wall art, apparel, and selected rugs, please allow 24 to 72 hours for production before dispatch.
- Delivery Time: Once your order has left our warehouses, delivery generally takes 2 to 5 business days.
Note: Most customers receive their orders within 5 business days of purchase.
European Union
While KEFINO is based in the UK, we are pleased to offer shipping from within the EU for selected collections.
Eligible collections for EU Delivery
Currently, we only ship the following categories to the European Union:
- Books
- Wall Art (framed & unframed)
- Apparel
Please Note: We do not offer shipping for Furniture or Homeware to the EU at this time.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once your order has been dispatched, standard shipping typically takes between 1−3 business days, depending on your location.
Some product categories, including wall art, selected rugs, and clothing, are made to order. These items require additional production time and are generally dispatched within 72 hours. After dispatch, standard delivery timeframes of 1−3 business days apply.
For larger or bulky items, we use dedicated freight partners to ensure safe delivery. Once your order is in transit, the freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched, so you can track its progress and know exactly when to expect delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can complete your purchase using credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
How do I receive 10% off my first order?

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email at hello@kefino.com as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly. We are able to cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled while in transit. In this case, the order will need to be returned to us before a cancellation and refund can be processed in line with our returns policy.
Please note: bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed, as these products are created specifically to your requirements.
