Our aim is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. As some of our products are made to order, returns or replacements are only possible if an item is faulty or damaged. If this is the case, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, typically within 1 business day. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You should receive your order within 3−5 business days.
Please note that some products are made to order and may take a few extra days to arrive if they are not already in stock. Delivery times also vary depending on your location.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Order over 75 GBP (or currency equivalent) are shipped free of charge. Read more about our shipping rates here.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email at hello@kefino.com as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly. We are able to cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled while in transit. In this case, the order will need to be returned to us before a cancellation and refund can be processed in line with our returns policy.
Please note: bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed, as these products are created specifically to your requirements.
