Return Policy
At KEFINO, some items are made-to-order. Due to the nature of made-to-order items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the stated specifications.
Reporting Issues
If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or an error in specifications:
1. Contact us at hello@kefino.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order details, along with clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any visible issues.
Resolutions
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions based on the issue:
- A replacement of the item (if feasible).
- A repair, if possible.
- A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Refunds
If a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your claim, please contact us at hello@kefino.com.
Cancellations
Orders for made-to-order items can only be canceled within 2 (two) hours of placement. After this period, production will have commenced, and the order cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- For approved returns due to damage or defects, KEFINO will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For repairs or adjustments requested after delivery (not related to defects), the customer is responsible for return shipping and any additional costs.
