Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Klarna allows you to spread the cost of your purchase — find out more on our Klarna page.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, email us at hello@kefino.com as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that haven't yet been dispatched. If your order is already on its way, it will need to be returned before a refund can be processed. Please note that made-to-order items — including bespoke pieces — are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are created specifically for you.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive?

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 1–3 business days, so most customers receive their order within 5 business days of purchase.

Made-to-order items — including wall art, selected rugs, and apparel — require up to 72 hours of production time before dispatch, after which standard delivery timeframes apply.

For larger or bulky items, we work with dedicated freight partners who will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We ship to EU countries for a select range of products, including books, wall art (framed and unframed), and apparel. Books ship free; all other eligible EU orders carry a flat rate of €5.95, with free shipping on orders over £75.

We do not currently ship furniture or homeware to the EU, and we do not offer worldwide shipping beyond the EU at this time. If you're outside these regions and interested in a specific item, get in touch at hello@kefino.com and we'll do our best to help.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the UK is free on all orders over £75, and free on all books regardless of order value. All other UK orders under £75 carry a flat rate of £6.

How are your products selected?

Every piece in the KEFINO shop is chosen with intention. We work with a global network of specialised manufacturers to bring together furniture and homeware that meets our standards for quality, craftsmanship, and design. Our edit is deliberately focused on pieces that stand alone or work in harmony with the rest of the range.
